What types of customers have you worked with?
House/apartment owners and businesses.
Who provides the supplies?
We do, but if you prefer an specific brand we can use the supplies you provide.
Do you charge by the hour or by the job?
We charge per cleaning based on the house’s size and frequency.
What is your cancellation policy?
If the clearing is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, a $25 cancelation fee will be charged.
What is and isn't included? And you accept additional cleaning requests?
Open request: We will send you a list of everything included in standard cleaning.
Of course! We’ll also provide you with a list of add-ons and their prices.
Will I have the same cleaner(s) every time?
Yes. At the time, we are a small team of two cleaners.
When Can You Provide Me With an Estimate?
Yes. I’ll send you a form with a few questions about your home. Once that form is sent, I will send you an estimate within 24 hours.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept- cash, check, Venmo, and Zelle.
